How it works

How Aydria handles it.

You say what’s wrong. Aydria does the calling, the waiting, the writing and the chasing. You only step in when your Yes is needed.

Five steps, start to finish.

  1. You say it

Type it, say it, or snap the letter. One sentence is enough.

In the app, on your desktop or as a WhatsApp voice note. You don’t need the customer number or the right department. Finding those is Aydria’s job.

    What's bothering you?

    • Cancel my gym
    • My flight was 4 hours late
  2. It plans

Aydria finds the company, your contract and what you’re owed. You see the plan and the price in credits before anything happens.

The plan lists every step, what Aydria will share with the company, and the price. Waiting on hold is never in that price, because hold time is free.

    The plan

Get €42.50 back from Ziggo for the double charge in March

    What Aydria will do

    1. Call Ziggo and get through the phone menu
    2. Wait on hold for you. That part is free.
    3. Ask for one of the two March payments back
    4. Get a reference number and check the money lands

    What it knows

    • Internet: Ziggo since 2019
    • Account ending 4471

250 credits · up to 20 min of talking. Hold time is free. Failed? You get them back.

  3. You say Yes

Nothing happens without your Yes. Not a call, not a letter, not a cent.

Change the plan first if you like. Your Yes reserves the credits; they are only used as the work actually happens. If the company sorts it before Aydria starts, you get them all back.

  4. It handles

It calls, waits on hold, talks, writes and follows up. You get a message only when it needs you.

Every step shows up in the case as it happens. When a company goes quiet, Aydria follows up on day 3, 7 and 14, and suggests a formal complaint on day 21 if that’s what it takes.

  5. It checks

It checks that the money landed or the debit stopped. Then it files the proof.

A promise on the phone isn’t a refund. Aydria checks your bank feed if you connected it, or asks you to confirm. Call summaries, emails and reference numbers all go into your proof vault.

What happens on a call

A phone case from the first ring to the summary. You can follow every step live in the case, and join whenever you want.

  1. It dials

Aydria calls the company’s verified business number during opening hours. Busy or no answer? It tries again later, up to 3 times a day.

  2. Phone menu

    Free

It listens to each option and presses the right keys, so you never hear “press 2 for billing” again. It remembers each company’s menu, so the next call is quicker.

Keys pressed on an example call:213

  3. On hold, for free

    Free

It waits as long as it takes, through the music and the recorded messages. The moment a person picks up, it’s there.

  4. It talks

    Included up to 20 min

It says it’s an AI assistant calling for you, explains the case, gives only the facts you approved and asks for what you’re owed. If anyone asks again whether they’re talking to an AI, it says yes.

  5. It adds you, if identity is needed

    Free

Some companies need to hear you for an identity check. Aydria rings you, tells you what’s going on and connects you. For a PIN or customer number, you can also give it from your device without joining.

  6. Summary and recording*

Afterwards you get a short summary: what was said, what was promised, reference numbers and dates. It goes into the case as proof.

*Recording is off by default. If you turn it on, Aydria tells the other side at the start of the call and stops recording if they object. Otherwise you get a written summary only.

What happens with letters

Emails, web forms, formal letters. Same rule as calls: you see it before it goes.

  1. Drafted

Aydria writes it in Dutch or English, with the facts, the dates and the right references.

  2. You approve

Read it first. Change a word, or the whole thing. Nothing goes out without your Yes.

  3. Sent

By email or through the company’s web form, included in the case. Printed and posted for you if it needs paper: 200 credits.

  4. Registered post, if it counts

When a letter has to stand up later, Aydria sends it aangetekend with proof of delivery: 1,000 credits.

When it needs you

There are only four reasons Aydria interrupts your day. Everything else, it handles.

  • Approve the plan

Before it starts, and again if the plan or the price changes.

  • Give a secret

When a company asks for a PIN or customer number, your device reads it out after your tap, or you say it yourself.

  • Accept an offer

They offer part of the money? Aydria puts the rep on a short hold and asks you.

  • Sign

Anything that needs your signature, you sign. Aydria gets it ready.

How it knows things

Aydria remembers what matters so you don’t have to repeat yourself: your providers, your contract dates, how you like things done. You can read every memory, change it or delete it. Memories are private, stored in the EU and never used to train AI. Secrets are never in memory.

What Aydria remembers, in detail
What Aydria might rememberExample data
  • Prefers email over calls when possible
  • Hold out for a full refund once before accepting less
  • Internet: Ziggo since 2019
  • Energy: Vattenfall, contract ends 1 Aug 2027
  • Lives in Utrecht

What it won’t do

  • Lie

It says it’s an AI at the start of every call, and says yes whenever anyone asks. Always.

  • Threaten

Firm, polite and patient. Formal steps like a complaint or an ombudsman only with your Yes.

  • Pretend to be you

It always says who it is and who it’s calling for.

  • Accept an offer without your Yes

Not a partial refund, not a voucher, not a new contract.

  • Share more than the case needs

The plan lists what it will share. Anything else needs a new Yes.
