What goes in the vault
The numbers companies always ask for: customer numbers, PINs, passwords, BSN, IBAN. They are encrypted on your device with a key our servers never see.
The vault is where you keep the things companies ask for to check it's you. They stay on your device, encrypted with a key that never leaves it. We can't read them, and neither can anyone who breaks into our servers.
What belongs in it
- Customer and account numbers
- PINs
- Passwords for company websites
- Your BSN
- Your IBAN
- Policy numbers
- Answers to security questions
- Your DigiD login, purely for your own reference. Aydria never logs in to DigiD for you.
- Your date of birth, if you like. You can also keep it as a normal memory.
Your licence plate can go in too, but it isn't treated as secret unless you say so.
How Aydria uses them
Only with you in the loop:
- On a call, through Say it from my device. Your device speaks the number into the call after Touch ID, Windows Hello or your passkey.
- In a web form, the desktop app fills the number in on your own computer, after your tap. In the browser, Aydria asks you to paste it into the right field when it's time to send.
- Yourself: reveal or copy any secret. It hides again after 20 seconds, and your clipboard is cleared after 30.
Every use is logged with the label, the case, the time and the device. Never the value.
What Aydria knows about them
By default, nothing. If you allow it, Aydria can see the labels, like "Ziggo customer number", so it knows what you have and can ask for it in a plan. The values stay on your device either way. Your memory may contain a note like "Ziggo customer number: in your vault", never the number itself.
Where to find it
Open Secrets in the sidebar (on your phone: Vault). It stays locked until you open it with Touch ID, Windows Hello, your password or your passkey. Empty? Aydria suggests: "Add the numbers companies always ask for. They stay on this device."
