Connect WhatsApp
Link your number once, then start cases, answer questions and check on progress from WhatsApp. It works on every plan.
WhatsApp is Aydria's remote control. It works on every plan, Free included.
Link your number
- In the app, go to Settings → Connections → WhatsApp.
- Scan the QR code with your phone, or tap the link if you're already on your phone. WhatsApp opens a chat with Aydria, with a one-time code ready to send.
- Send the code.
- Back in the app, confirm that this is your number. That's it.
The chat is with Aydria's verified business account, called "Aydria".
What you can do from WhatsApp
- Start a case. Type it, send a voice note, or send a photo or PDF of the letter.
- Answer what needs you. Tap the buttons: "Yes, handle it", "Accept", "Hold out".
- Ask how it's going. "status" works, and so does "how's the Ziggo case?"
- Tell Aydria something to remember. "Remember my contract ends in August."
- Buy credits. Aydria sends you a secure payment link.
Voice notes are transcribed. Aydria replies in text unless you ask for voice.
What never goes over WhatsApp
Your secrets. If a company asks for your customer number or PIN, Aydria replies "Open the Aydria app to say that from your device." Here's how that works. Full documents from your other cases don't go over WhatsApp either, unless you ask for them.
Messages from Aydria
Aydria messages you when there's something to know or decide: a case that needs you, an update, a "Handled." It respects your quiet hours. Choose what arrives on WhatsApp under Settings → Notifications.
Unlinking
Go to Settings → Connections → WhatsApp and disconnect. One click. More in Disconnecting.
