Your first case

Say what's wrong in one sentence, read the plan and its price, and say Yes. Aydria takes it from there.

A case is one problem with one company: a double charge, a gym that won't let you go, a deposit that never came back. Here's how one starts.

1. Say it

Click New case (or press N) and tell Aydria what's wrong. Any of these works:

  • Type it. "Ziggo charged me twice in March" is plenty.
  • Say it. Hold the microphone button and talk. Let go to stop, press Esc to cancel.
  • Show it. Drop a photo or PDF of the letter or bill. Aydria reads it and picks out the company, the amount, the date and the reference.

2. Read the plan

A few seconds later you get a plan card with:

  • What Aydria will do, in a handful of steps.
  • What it knows from memory, like "Customer since 2019". Never secrets.
  • What it needs from you, like a customer number from your vault.
  • The cost in credits, what that includes, and what you'll have left.
  • How long it usually takes.

If something's missing, Aydria asks. Two questions at most, right in the card.

3. Say Yes, or don't

  • Yes, handle it starts the case. The credits are reserved, not spent yet. See how credits work.
  • Change something lets you adjust the plan in a sentence.
  • Not now saves it as a draft.

Short on credits? The button becomes Add credits and start, with the exact shortfall already picked.

4. Let it run

The case moves through your list: In progress, Waiting on them, Handled. When Aydria needs a decision from you, it shows up under Needs you. When it's done, you see Handled. with the outcome and the proof.

On Free you can run 1 case at a time. Paid plans run more at once and queue the rest, starting each one as soon as a slot frees up.
