How credits work

You pay for what Aydria does in credits, and you always see the price before you say Yes. Waiting is free, and a failed case gives them back.

Every real action costs something: phone minutes, letters, postage. Credits keep that simple. You see the price before you say Yes, and you never pay for waiting.

Where credits come from

  • Your plan. Plus gives 1,200 a month, Family 3,000 shared by up to 5 people, Pro 8,000. Free starts with 400 and tops up by 100 a month, to a maximum of 400.
  • Credit packs, whenever you like. They never expire while you have an account. See Buying a credit pack.
  • Promo codes. These come with an expiry date.

Your Yes reserves, the work spends

When you say Yes, the price of the case is reserved, not spent. It's captured when the work really starts:

  • A phone case is captured when Aydria first talks to a person. Phone menus and hold time don't count.
  • A written case is captured when the first message goes out.

If the case ends before that, because the company fixed it or you cancelled, the reservation is released in full.

What gets spent first

  1. Rolled-over credits
  2. Promo credits
  3. This month's plan credits
  4. Pack credits

Within each group, whatever expires first goes first. Packs come last because they never expire. More in Monthly credits and rollover.

The promises

  • Hold time is free. Always, with no limit.
  • Failed case, credits back. Automatically. See Why did I get credits back?
  • No surprises. Every cost shows before your Yes. If prices change, they only change for new cases. A running case keeps the price you agreed to.

Keeping track

The credit meter shows your balance, what's reserved for running cases, and when new credits arrive. Settings → Plan and credits lists every movement, and you can download it as a CSV file.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, except within a Family pool.
