Low credits and auto top-up
Aydria warns you before you run out, never cuts off a live call, and can top up for you if you want it to.
When you're running low
The credit meter turns orange and shows Add credits when you have less than one phone case left (250 credits), or less than 15% of your monthly credits. It also tells you what you can still do with what's left, in written and phone cases.
When you run out
You'll see: "You're out of credits. Running calls will finish. New steps wait for you." Here's what that means.
- A live call never stops halfway. If it has to, your balance can dip to −50 to let the call finish. We cover that, and it's settled from your next top-up or renewal. It shows up in your credit history, so nothing is hidden.
- New steps pause. Every case that's waiting gets a Needs you item, like "Add credits to continue the Ziggo case (needs 30)".
- Add credits and everything picks up where it stopped.
Auto top-up
Auto top-up buys a pack for you when your balance drops below a number you choose. It's off until you switch it on.
- Go to Settings → Plan and credits and find Auto top-up. You can also switch it on in the credits sheet.
- Switch it on.
- Choose when it kicks in, and which pack it buys.
The suggested setting is: when I go below 250, add 1,500 for €15. Aydria tops up at most 2 times a month, so a busy month can't run away with your money. You can raise that limit in the same place. Every top-up comes with a receipt.
Rather do it by hand?
Click your credit balance any time to open the credits sheet and buy a pack. Or, if you're topping up every month, a bigger plan is probably cheaper: see Change plan.
