Buying a credit pack

Packs are for the month that runs busier than your plan. Or for when you're on Free and something big comes up.

The packs

• 500 credits for €6
• 1,500 credits for €15, the one most people pick
• 4,000 credits for €35

Prices include Dutch VAT. Anyone can buy them, on any plan.

Buy one

1. Click your credit balance. On a computer it's at the bottom left; on your phone it's under You. The credits sheet opens.
2. Pick a pack.
3. Pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. In the desktop app, checkout opens in your browser and sends you back to Aydria when you're done.
4. The credits land in your balance as soon as the payment goes through. You get a receipt by email.

On WhatsApp, just say you want credits. Aydria sends you a payment link.

How pack credits get used

Packs are spent last. Rolled-over, promo and monthly plan credits go first, so a pack sits there as a buffer until you actually need it. And it never expires while you have an account.

Would a plan be cheaper?

If you buy packs often, the credits sheet shows an "Upgrade instead" row with how many credits the next plan gives and what it costs more per month. It's based on your last 60 days, and it only appears when it's really better value for you.

Refunds

Credits have no cash value. If you delete your account, you can ask for your money back for unused pack credits you bought in the last 14 days.
