Proof vault and exports
Every letter, email, call summary and reference number from every case, in one place. Export a case as a PDF, or everything at once.
Every step Aydria takes leaves proof. If a company ever says "we never received that", you have it.
What's in the proof vault
Open Proof vault in the sidebar. You'll find everything from all your cases:
- emails sent and received,
- letters, as PDFs,
- call summaries and transcripts (with secrets left out),
- screenshots of web forms Aydria submitted,
- reference numbers and promised dates.
Filter by company, type or year, or search. Search covers the documents we store, never your secrets.
Export one case
- Open the case.
- Use the menu at the top and choose Export proof as PDF.
You get a one-page summary (who, what, when, the reference numbers and the outcome) plus an appendix with every document. Handy for a dispute, a claim or your own records.
Export everything
Depending on your plan:
- Free: a PDF per case.
- Plus and Family: also one ZIP with everything.
- Pro: also an export for your accountant, as a CSV file.
To export in bulk, select what you want in the proof vault and choose Export.
Your data, all of it
Want everything Aydria has on you, not just proof? Go to Settings → Privacy and data → Download everything. You get a ZIP with your profile, memories, cases, timelines, proof, credit history and invoices. We email you a link when it's ready, valid for 24 hours.
How long it's kept
Transcripts are kept for 12 months after a case ends. You can delete them earlier, one by one. Recordings, if you switched them on, are kept for 30 days.
