How it works

It watches
Train delays, flight delays and cancellations (EU261), outages, and late or lost parcels, from your forwarded travel emails, your calendar trips and what you add yourself. It uses the operator's published delay information, and asks you when it cannot tell.

It tells you
What happened, what you are owed and what it costs to claim. If Aydria cannot work out the amount, it says you may be owed money and does not guess a number.

You say Yes
One tap. On Plus, Family and Pro you can switch on auto-claims for the types you choose. It is off by default, and you can switch it off again any time.

It claims and checks
The claim is filed as a written case, chased, and checked until the payout is verified. If nothing is paid, all 50 credits come back automatically.

What does it cost if I get nothing?
Nothing. A claim reserves 50 credits, and all of them come back automatically if the company pays nothing. If it pays, the credits are used for the claim.
What if lots of travellers had the same delay?
Aydria can file the claims together, but each one stays your own: you say Yes for yours, no one sees anyone else's claim, and nothing tells you that others are claiming too.
What does the savings counter count?
Euros count only payouts and refunds that are verified. Hours are real call minutes plus a fixed estimate per task: 45 minutes for a written case, 5 for a quick task and 20 for an online action. Nothing is shown that the records do not back.
Which claims can it make?
Train delays, flight delays and cancellations under EU261, outages, late or lost parcels, and other charges your own documents show a right to. The rules follow the published terms and are checked again before they change what we say.
Can it claim without asking?
Only if you switch auto-claims on, per type, on Plus, Family and Pro. It is off for every type until you do. Every claim still shows in your conversation, and every one carries the same promise: credits back if nothing is paid.
