Group claims

When one event, like a delayed train, hits several Aydria users, each gets their own private claim, filed together.

When the same event affects more than one Aydria user, such as the same flight or the same train, Aydria matches the claims and files them together. That is faster for the company to process and for Aydria to chase.

What stays yours

  • Each claim is separate. You say Yes for yours, or your auto-claim does.
  • Each claim is private. No user sees another user's claim, and nothing tells you that others are claiming too.
  • Your data goes only into your claim. Nobody else's claim contains your name, your booking or your bank details.

What Aydria sees

Aydria staff can see the group as a whole, with its status and how often the company pays, to improve the service. They do not use it to tell users about each other.

What it costs

The same as a single claim: 50 credits each, all back if nothing is paid.

Good to know

The company still decides on each claim on its own. One user can be paid while another is not, for example because their ticket was different. See Money finder.
