How it works

Get your number and address
Every account has a front-desk email address. Plus, Family and Pro also get their own Dutch number. Both are in Settings, with a copy button and a QR code.

Switch your companies over
Aydria lists the companies it knows from your cases and mail. One tap per company, or all at once, and it asks each to use your Aydria number and email. It shows how many already contact Aydria first.

Aydria picks up
Every call starts with "I'm an AI assistant". Aydria confirms or moves appointments inside your rules, takes delivery slots, picks up a callback on an open case, and takes a message for the rest. It hangs up on robocalls and declines sales calls.

You get one line
A one-line summary after each call. Email is sorted the same way: bills and deadlines are filed, appointments land in your calendar, and you are only asked when something needs a decision.

Does Aydria say it is an AI?
Always, at the start of every call it answers: "I'm an AI assistant." It cannot be switched off. It will never pay, accept a contract, confirm your identity data or share a secret for you, whatever the caller asks.
What does a handled call cost?
20 credits for a call Aydria handled: an appointment confirmed, a delivery arranged, a case callback connected or a message taken. Blocked sales and spam calls, calls you took live and callers who hung up cost nothing. Switching one company over is 5 credits.
Who gets through to my real phone?
Only people on your "always ring through" list, plus urgent callers from the categories you chose when they say it is urgent. Quiet hours turn live connections off. If you do not pick up within the time you set, the caller leaves a message.
What happens to the email sent to my front-desk address?
Aydria classifies it: bill, contract change, appointment, delivery, case reply, newsletter, spam or personal. Bills and deadlines are filed, price rises become a notice, appointments go in your calendar feed, spam is dropped and personal mail is forwarded to your own email as it is. It stores what kind of email it was and what it did, not the body of the email.
What if I cancel, or a number is spam?
If you cancel your number, it rests for 30 days before anyone else can get it. Calls to a number that nobody has any more hear that it is no longer in use. Numbers many people block are blocked for everyone who has not allowed them, and a person at Aydria can review that.
