Switching companies over

Your front desk only helps if companies use it. "Switch my companies over" does the asking for you.

How it works

1. Open Settings → Front desk and choose Switch my companies over.
2. Aydria lists the companies it knows from your memory, your bills and your cases.
3. Tap one company, or choose Switch all.

For each company Aydria starts a small written task: it asks the company to replace your phone number and email with your Aydria number and address. It does this through the company's website form, by email or in a short call, whichever the company offers.

Progress

The list shows how far you are, for example "8 of 11 companies now contact Aydria first". Each company is suggested, queued, done, failed or skipped. You can skip any company you want to keep as it is.

What it costs

5 credits per company, the same as a quick task. If a task fails, the credits come back.

Good to know

• Aydria asks. A company can still say no or take a while, and some only change details on a call from you. Then the task fails and Aydria says why.
• Nothing is shared except your name, and the new number and address, with the company you tapped.
• Keep your own number with the companies where a call to your real phone matters, like your bank. You choose.
