Calling your Aydria

Call your own Aydria number from your phone to ask a question, set a reminder or hand off a task. What caller ID is enough for, and when Aydria asks for your PIN.

Your Aydria has its own phone number. Call it from the phone number on your account and Aydria picks up with "Hi Julian. What can I do?" It is the same assistant you get in WhatsApp and the app, with the same memory, in the same conversation.

Who can use it

Calling your Aydria is on Plus, Family and Pro. Calls only count as yours when the caller ID matches the phone number on your account. A call from any other number, or from a withheld number, goes to your front desk and never reaches your assistant.

What caller ID is enough for

  • Questions about your day, your agenda and what is open.
  • Quick tasks like reminders and notes.
  • Reading out today's plan.

Anything involving money, a cancellation, a secret or personal data needs your PIN. Questions that only your memory can answer need it too, because memory may hold personal details.

Several things in one call

Say them one after the other. Aydria reads them back as a short list with the total in credits, and you say Yes once. Then it says it will message you when they are done. If you would rather get a call, say "call me back when it's done".

Something that needs a Yes in the app, like a cancellation without the PIN, stays waiting there. Aydria tells you so before you hang up.

What it costs

Calling in costs nothing by itself. The tasks you hand over cost what they always cost: 5 credits for a quick task, 40 for a short call, 20 for an online action. Questions are free.

Good to know

  • Aydria uses the same voice and personality as on outbound calls. See Customising your Aydria.
  • It never stores your PIN. A four-digit number said during a call is removed from the phone transcript, so a spoken year can disappear from it too.
  • If you ask whether it is an AI, it says yes.
